Wow, you're creating some incredible pieces this week, Cory! I'm enjoying the flow 'lines' created by the wide gesture stances and balletic movements you're giving your females in these sketches. Quite cool indeed!
Chris, I thought the same thing at first. It's due to a combination of lower-shin 'guard' and the curling/curving the toes towards the thigh. Pointing the toes would've made it clearer, I think.
Craig- Thanks! It wasn't coming along so well at first, because I started drawing the figure with no idea who it was going to be, but it hit me like a frozen turkey falling on a small dog, and It think it turned out swell, if'n I do say so myself.
Mark- Just like you.
Zach- Thanks. I'm glad to hear it.
Axel- You're starting to worry me.
Jeff- Clever. I am Cory Walker, so it wasn't all that difficult. Silly.
Guillermo- Gesundheit!
j_ay- Thanks!
Chris- No one is perfect. Thanks.
Neil- Thank you, kind sir. That's what it's all about.
Nando- Liar.
Mike- Thanks, man. I'd like to see you do one. You'd put me to shame, you would.
Jason Q- Well done. I had to look that one up. Thanks, JQ.
Jason not Q- The things you and your dad talk about are disturbing. Thanks, J-zord.
jvc- Thanks for trying to make sense of it. I could've done a better job, but something about the contours and whatever made me not want to. I guess.
