Well, I'm off to San Diego tomorrow for Comicon. I don't know what that will mean for updating my blog, but it won't stop me from doing a sketch every day, so my sketch-a-day goal for the year isn't in any jeopardy.
I'll post if I can, but if not, expect a big update Sunday evening.
See you in San Diego.

Bulletproof. What a chump. Invincible could take him only headbutting. Invincible. What a champ.
Have fun in San Diego!
What is Comicon like?
Gotta love Bulletproof, that Kirkman is a funny bastard. Have fun at the con my friend.
Have a blast in SD, man! Wish I could join you.
Have fun at the Con! If you're doing scathes for people take photos and post as bonus scatch-a-day posts (please).
Wish I were going...
Good look there, and I will count each day till sunday to see your drawings.
I hate the design of this character, but this is a great sketch.
I just love checking out your drawings while at work!
Cory, I was wondering about your technique. Hope you don't mind answering these questions:
a) What pencils do you use? What's your approach for shading? How do you achieve that "degradé"? Is there any rubbing involved?
b) Do you stablish a rough sketch first and then you define it?
c) What is the usual size of these drawings?
d) How much time you dedicate to each one of them?
e) How do you get them to be so impressibly simple and crispy?
You're one of my favorite pencilers ever! You're an inspiration, really.
Regards, from far away.
Leo
see ya
Have fun.
Enjoy yourself at COMICON, Cory... I'll certainly be here when you get back.
Another nice one, sir!
