Eh. I'm really busy so this will have to do for today.
You guys know I love you, but please keep the Liefeld bashing and/or character choice complaints to yourself. I appreciate it.
Also, over on his blog, Nate is kicking all kinds of ass and TOTALLY putting me to shame with what I assume are '30s/'40s style sketches of Batman's rogues gallery. So, if you haven't checked it out yet, do yourself a favor and give it a look.

Sweet composition. Fun sketch.
There are complaints about the characters you choose?
Man, your picking the best ones! ShatterStar was one of my fave's back in the yearly 90's.
He's got mad skills...hehe you to Cory
There are always unhappy people who can't understand that is not the character, or the pencil that you use, or the sword, it is the hand that holds it what matters. And friends, Corey hand is one of the best ones in the world.
When Shatterstar lets his hair down he must have the biggest mullet in the world.
Rock on.
His face looks kinda fatty to me. Maybe it's just the angle.
Gonna start a Liefeld character series?
I'm diggin' the pose, not very familiar with the character.
Something about this makes me want to see your take on Zorro!
haha that would be a mean ass Mullet. I wouldnt tel him it aint in style.
I wouldnt wanna be on the other end of the Duo blades.
Who can complain about DUAL-WIELDED DOUBLE SWORDS?
woot! what james said :)
Who gives a crap if it's a Leifeld character or not. You kicked this mother out of the park, Cory!
whn i first got into comics, i slowly bought a full run of x-force from the local dollar bins, but never read more than 50 issues or so.
highlight? #8. i know you know why. i TOTALLY got that marvel team-up reference instantly.
i like how you pulled off SS's haircut here. ha.
I would love a liefeld week on this blog. And Shatterstar was awesome. I had his action figure and everything. I am glad that they changed his costume. His original one was a little too beige.
You're too good to me.
Brings back a lot of 90's memories. Are you willing to sell any of these sketches?
