Tomorrow (the 30th) for his 23rd birthday, Nate is going to start a daily sketch blog. I thought I'd draw one of his characters to mark the occasion. Good luck, Nate.

It's only now that I notice how similar the pose is to that Vision drawing from yesterday. Ugh. I've gotta shake that off.

This is disappointing and definitely a low-point for this blog. In my defense, I did it standing up in a bar in a sketchbook the size of a credit card. Still a letdown, though. Sorry.

Well, I'm off to San Diego tomorrow for Comicon. I don't know what that will mean for updating my blog, but it won't stop me from doing a sketch every day, so my sketch-a-day goal for the year isn't in any jeopardy.
