how about - red coat (military style) with "S" badge on left (like a police badge) white leggings with red pin stripe, red boots and red cape. Short hair.
The thing I notice is the greyish portion around the emblem actually echoes the emblem shape so much that I find myself wondering what it would look like with the "s" in that space or with the grey gone and the emblem alongside the red portion.

It's not bad but I think I prefer something to break up the hip/thigh area. Even some boots would sort of segment the legs more.
I think she looks very elegant.

I love how the gloves transition into the rest of the top, it looks quite unique.

Love the way the opera gloves attaches the arms to the cape. Kinda gives it a overcoat look without the overcoat. I really like it actually.
